Referral Terms

Finding Horizons offers a referral programme that allows users to invite friends and potentially earn rewards such as bonus trial days when their referrals sign up. The referral programme is optional and available to signed-in users.

• Your unique referral code is shown in Settings. You can share it via a link or copy it.
• When someone signs up using your referral link, they are attributed to your referral code.
• Rewards (if active) are granted once the referred user completes the required action (e.g., sign-up, trial start, subscription conversion).
• Rewards may include bonus trial days, subscription discounts, or other benefits — the current active reward is shown in Settings.

Rewards are granted when all of the following conditions are met:

• The referred user is a new Finding Horizons user (not an existing account)
• The referred user signs up using your referral link (not just your code typed manually, unless that option is enabled)
• The referred user completes the qualifying action (e.g., starts a free trial, completes email verification)
• Neither account has been flagged for abuse, fraud, or Terms of Service violations

The following actions will result in disqualification and may result in account suspension:

• Creating fake accounts to generate referrals
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to distribute referral links
• Spamming referral links in unsolicited emails, messages, or social media
• Self-referral (using your own referral link on a secondary account)
• Any other attempt to game or manipulate the referral programme

Referral rewards are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with reasonable notice
• Change the reward amounts or conditions
• Decline to grant rewards if we detect abuse or fraud
• Revoke rewards already granted if fraud is discovered later

Current reward amounts (if any) are shown in Settings. No reward is guaranteed until credited to your account.

You may share your referral link on social media, in personal messages, or via email to people who have expressed interest. You must not mass-email strangers, post in spam forums, or engage in any distribution method that violates applicable anti-spam laws (including Canada's CASL and the US CAN-SPAM Act).
