Trademark Notice

"Finding Horizons" and the Finding Horizons logo are marks of Finding Horizons (operating name; legal entity name TBD — see note below).

These marks are not currently registered trademarks. We are evaluating trademark registration options in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions.

Unregistered use of a mark can still establish rights under Canadian common law and applicable provincial law. The absence of a registered ® symbol does not mean the mark is freely available for use by others.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Use the "Finding Horizons" name or logo in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation
• Use our marks as part of your own brand name or app name
• Register domain names, social handles, or app names that incorporate "Finding Horizons"
• Create merchandise bearing the Finding Horizons name or logo

You may refer to Finding Horizons by name in:

• Honest reviews or commentary about the app
• Editorial, journalistic, or academic discussion
• Fair use contexts consistent with applicable Canadian and US trademark law

• Canada: Canadian trademark application — not yet filed
• USPTO (US federal): US federal trademark application — not yet filed. Note that a Wyoming state business registration alone does not provide nationwide US trademark protection — a USPTO federal trademark filing is required for that coverage.
• International: WIPO/Madrid Protocol filing — not yet pursued

These are open action items to be completed before public launch. We do not claim any trademark is registered unless this notice is updated to reflect a completed filing.

All third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced within Finding Horizons (Apple, Google, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Klook, Stripe, Supabase, PredictHQ, and others) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in Finding Horizons does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Apple, the Apple logo, and "Sign in with Apple" are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google and Google Sign-In are trademarks of Google LLC. Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc. All other marks belong to their respective owners.
