Finding Horizons is a travel organization and discovery tool. We are not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, or booking platform. We do not sell flights, accommodations, tours, or experiences.

Any links to third-party booking platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Klook, etc.) are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. We have no commercial relationship with these platforms unless explicitly stated.

Place information, opening hours, prices, ratings, and event details displayed within Finding Horizons are sourced from third parties (Google Maps, PredictHQ, user-imported content, and AI). This information:

• May be outdated, incorrect, or no longer current
• May not reflect seasonal changes, closures, or renovations
• May differ from what you find on arrival
• Is not verified by Finding Horizons

You must verify all information directly with the venue, provider, or official source before traveling or making any booking.

Finding Horizons allows you to paste booking confirmation text (from emails, PDFs, or other documents) for organizational purposes within your trip planner. The parsing of this text may be imperfect:

• Extracted dates, times, confirmation numbers, or amounts may be incorrect
• The app does not connect to airline, hotel, or booking provider systems — a confirmation number in the app does not fetch live booking status
• Always rely on your original booking confirmation for check-in, cancellation, and modification

When you tap a link to open a place in Google Maps, or follow a booking link to a third-party site, you leave Finding Horizons and enter a third-party service. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, pricing, availability, or policies of those third-party sites.

Finding Horizons does not publish or maintain travel advisories. Before traveling to any destination:

• Check your government's official travel advisory (e.g., travel.gc.ca for Canadians, travel.state.gov for US citizens)
• Verify visa and entry requirements for your nationality
• Review health and vaccination requirements
• Check local safety conditions, natural disaster risk, and current events

This information changes frequently and cannot be reliably maintained in an app. Always consult official government sources.

Weather forecasts, crowd estimates, and event schedules shown in Finding Horizons are informational and may be inaccurate. Weather in particular can change rapidly. Never rely solely on app data for safety-critical travel decisions.

Finding Horizons is not liable for:

• Losses arising from travel decisions made based on app data
• Booking errors, cancellations, or price changes at third-party providers
• Failure to obtain visas, entry, or accommodations
• Personal injury, property loss, or harm during travel
• Flight delays, hotel overbookings, or event cancellations

You travel entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for any international trip.
