Finding Horizons may use artificial intelligence to generate itinerary suggestions, activity recommendations, day plans, and other travel-related content based on your saved places, trip context, or text you provide.

These suggestions are informational only. They are not professional travel advice, and they may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

Before making any travel decision based on AI-generated content, you must independently verify:

• Current opening hours, prices, and availability of places
• Visa and entry requirements for your destination(s)
• Travel advisories and safety conditions issued by your government
• Transit, transport, and connection times
• Health and vaccination requirements
• Seasonal weather and crowd conditions
• Any booking terms and cancellation policies
• Local laws and customs

AI suggestions should be treated as a starting point for your planning, not a definitive guide.

AI systems can produce content that sounds confident but is factually wrong ("hallucination"). Finding Horizons does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content. A place suggested by AI may be closed, renamed, relocated, or may not exist as described.

Do not rely on AI suggestions for emergency planning, safety-critical decisions, or any situation where an error could cause harm.

When AI generates itinerary changes or additions, you will be shown a preview before any changes are applied to your trip. We do not overwrite your existing itinerary without your explicit confirmation.

To generate suggestions, AI features may use trip information you have entered (place names, dates, notes, preferences). This data is sent to our AI provider (such as Anthropic Claude) in the course of processing your request. We send only what is necessary to generate the suggestion. Your data is not used to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in. See our Privacy Policy for details.

AI planning features are a premium feature requiring an active subscription or active trial. Access is gated server-side — the premium status cannot be bypassed client-side.

AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional travel agents, licensed tour operators, legal advice, medical advice, or emergency services. For complex international travel, consult a qualified travel professional or your government's travel advisory service.

Finding Horizons may use third-party AI providers to process requests. These providers operate under their own terms of service and acceptable use policies. Finding Horizons is not responsible for the conduct of third-party AI providers beyond our selection and configuration of their services.
